Robert Wintermantel –
Founder

After going to College in the USA Robert played basketball professionally in Germany and in Spain for a total of sixteen years.

Shortly after his basketball career he became the general manager of the Tigers Tübingen for thirteen years in the BBL and ProA. During that time he was one of the vice presidents of the BBL for seven consecutive years.

His passion for detecting and advising talents is coupled with a deep understanding of the basketball market and strong negotiation skills.   

Robert has a degree in International Business Administration (Diplom Betriebswirt FH) and lives in Tübingen with his wife and two daughters.
